They really inspect your lawn each time and make you aware of any issues and what they are doing to correct those issues. They are always available for any questions and will come back again for no charge if you are not totally satisfied with their service! How can you beat that...as they are the best!!!!!

My lawn is always cited by my neighbors as the best in the neighborhood. The associates who apply the treatments always look to speak to me by name and are always polite and explain my treatment and what I need to do for any issues. We use trugreen at our home in New York also and we were able to finally get rid of the creeping Charlie in our lawn. Looks lush and healthy as my lawn does here despite the difference types.

Technicians come to the door to announce their presence, they do their job thoroughly and leave a note telling you what occurred. My lawn looks ten times better than when they started and I will continue to use their service

Only if asked would I suggest that I trust Tru-Green/Scott's with the decision they make to keep my lawn green and generally except for some stress and damage from grub chasers such as armadillo's my lawn has been in good condition.

I enjoy one of the best Looking yards in our neighborhood and many neighbors mention it to me. I tell them who my service is and leave the signs up an extra day. I have no worries about the products being used which are approved for Florida use to avoid runoff issues. Many neighbors are not checking whether or not their purchase is compliant. Trugreen assurance the correct chemicals are seasonal, correct specific lawn conditions, and treat customers personally and professionally.
